When do Minnesota real estate agents have to renew their license?

Minnesota Real Estate Agents are required to complete 30 hours of continuing education courses every 2 years to renew their real estate license. However, the 30 hours must be broken down into 15 hours each year.  The deadline for completing these 15 hours this year is June 30, 2018.

Real Estate agents can take all of their continuing education classes online. Training Cove offers two 15-hour packages that meet all Minnesota Department of Commerce requirements for each year.  MN Salespeople are also required to take the 7/1/17-6/30/18 Salesperson and Broker Required Module for the 2017-2018 year. This class is also included in our packages. Training Cove offers the lowest priced continuing education packages in Minnesota at only $75 for a 15-credit package.

Licensees can instantly print out a certificate of completion as soon as they finish a Training Cove course. Visit www.trainingcove.com to start renewing your real estate license today!
