All New Jersey real estate licensees must complete 12 continuing education credits every 2 years.  The next deadline is April 30, 2019.   Licensees can still complete their CE credits until June 30, 2019, but will be subject to a $200 late fee. A Boston woman filled out an application to lease an apartment from a Massachusetts real estate agent. The agent noticed the woman had an accent so, to make conversation, he asked her, “Where are you from?” She replied “Venezuela” and nothing else was said. The woman had no credit history so the landlord declined her application.
