When do I have to renew my real estate license in Arizona?

AZ Salespeople and Brokers have to renew their real estate licenses every 2 years.  The date of renewal is based on the month you received the license.  For example, if you received your real estate license in May, then your license will expire the last day of May every 2 years.  If you want to find out when your real estate license expires, click here to search for your name:  Arizona Department of Real Estate Public Database.

Salespeople are required to take 24 hours every 2 years and Designated and Delegated brokers must complete 30 hours every 2 years.  Training Cove offers the lowest price continuing education for real estate license renewal in Arizona.
