Minnesota Real Estate Continuing Education Requirements
Minnesota real estate licensees must complete 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years. However, the 30 hours must be broken down into 15 hours each year. The 15 hours of classes must be completed by June 30th each year. The next deadline for MN Real Estate agents to complete their course requirements is June 30, 2017.
